This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Mermaid Parallel - Associação (RnA Studio), registry code 515879185, with registered office at Rua Ferreira Lapa 12A, 1150-157 Lisboa, Portugal (hereinafter "Company") and you, the user ("you", "your", "User", "Customer"). It becomes effective as of the date you first use the website www.trailofangels.pt ("Site") or the date of your electronic acceptance of this Agreement.
By using the Site or purchasing Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.
All tickets are sold through official ticketing platforms only. All prices, dates, times, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Cancellations by the Customer: Tickets may be canceled and refunded up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled entry time. A €3 administrative fee applies per refunded ticket. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are strictly non-refundable.
Rescheduling: Tickets may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability, using the link provided in your confirmation email. Rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the scheduled time are not guaranteed.
Cancellations by the Company: If the Company cancels a scheduled visit for reasons beyond your control, you are entitled to a full refund or an exchange for a new date (subject to availability). Refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

Tickets are valid only for the specific date and time selected at purchase. Guests must arrive on time; a limited grace period may be offered at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse admission for any reason permitted by law, including safety, capacity, or non-compliance with policies.
Guests must follow designated pathways and staff instructions at all times. By entering the premises, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the experience, including low lighting, immersive environments, sound effects, confined spaces, and emotional or sensory experiences. Participation is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted under Portugal law, RnA Studio, its owners, affiliates, partners, and contractors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from your participation in the exhibition, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings.
Visitor Recording Restrictions: To protect the intellectual property of the artists and creators, no photography or video recording of any kind is permitted inside the VR headsets. Photography of the physical interactive installations is permitted for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise indicated by staff.
Media Release: Photography and video recording may take place on-site by RnA Studio for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes. All captured footage is stored securely on our local offline servers (not on the public internet) and may be selectively shared with authorized event promoters. We respect your privacy rights; if you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform our staff upon arrival. You also retain the right to request the deletion of any stored media featuring you at any time by contacting us at Trailofangelsportugal@gmail.com.
Interactive Exhibit Cameras: Please be aware that certain physical installations within the exhibition use real-time camera tracking to allow you to interact with the art. By entering and interacting with these specific exhibits, you consent to this image capture. Some of this media is securely stored on our local offline servers and may be displayed inside the physical gallery associated with the event or selectively shared with authorized event promoters. We respect your privacy; as detailed in our Privacy Policy, you retain the right to request the deletion of your stored media at any time by contacting Trailofangelsportugal@gmail.com.
All content on this website, including text, images, videos, design, branding, and concept, is the exclusive property of UAB OKTA (Oniroco) and Mermaid Parallel Associação (RnA Studio) and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lisbon, Portugal, or through binding consumer arbitration where applicable under Portuguese law. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
